 Building on concepts delivered in ‘Eat like an athlete’ workshop, this workshop is designed to support parents and family members integrate wholefoods and encourage healthy eating for young athletes/active kids. Create a toolbox of simple, healthy base ingredients and recipes that can form the foundation of a healthy, easy to cook and tasty family meal repertoire. These skills allow for creativity, confidence, variety and stress-free healthy eating choices for the whole family.
